I greatly enjoyed working with Ron Cafferky on many reporting projects in Epic as one of his in-house clients. He was always knowledgeable, professional, and success oriented. Specifically, he was eager to learn new concepts (i.e. medical terminology, workflows, etc.) outside of his existent specialty areas. I found him to be prompt and responsive, and he would keep deadline promises and deliver excellent products.
Ron was always responsive and professional all the years working with him. He understood the clinical / business needs and was great to work with on many projects.
